Women in Technology: Software Developer Program is a tuition-free employment training program that provides women, trans, non-binary, and Two-Spirit peoples who have been affected by gender-based violence with:

In today’s evolving tech landscape, developers are increasingly incorporating AI into their work, using it as a tool to build applications more efficiently and to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.

Eligibility for program:

• Have a level 6 or equivalent in English​
• High school level math
• Be a resident and able to work in Ontario ​
• Identify as female, gender non-binary, trans, or Two-Spirit survivor of gender based violence​
• Must attend in-person classes in Toronto, and online
• Enthusiastic and motivated to pursue a career as a software developer
• Able to fully commit to training and meet course attendance requirements​
• Motivated to commit to a diverse and fulfilling coursework
